I am passionate about wellness.
My Nutrition Clinic and Photography Studio is in beautiful Taupo, New Zealand,
I live in Taupo with my husband Axel.
As a Nutritionist I consult with individuals, and also work in the corporate field helping people and businesses improve their physical, mental and emotional wellness using nutrition and lifestyle changes.
I work holistically as we are MInd, Body, and Soul.
My other passion is photography.
I love to capture the beauty of dance, the human spirit, and nature in my photos.
The lake, rivers, mountains and bush walks are incredible in Taupo, and I also love to spend time with Axel photographing, relaxing, and surfing at our closest surf beaches.
We run wellness retreats and holiday accomodation together
in Taupo.
I also work in many parts of NZ as a clinical Nutritionist, giving group presentations and running wellness retreats for businesses.

Her brief was “Nutrition for the Busy Professional” and covered the key elements to be on top of the game as a busy veterinary practitioner.
We have had 170 graduate vets through our programme and still engage her on an annual basis with our current programme.

I have worked privately since establishing my nutrition clinic in Taupo in 2005. Prior to that I worked in Papua New Guinea as a secondary school teacher and Nutritionist. I also established a Nutrition clinic in Tauranga before moving to Taupo.
